Ethical Dilemma

You are engaged in a firefight with an enemy force that is several times larger than yours, Your position is on the verge of being overrun and you have a wounded enemy soldier in the defense concertina wire 15 meters away. He is wounded but is still crawling toward your position. Though he does not appear to be armed anymore, you aren't positive he doesn't have a sidearm, but you do know that you can't afford to pull men off the perimeter to guard this man. You must take him prisoner if possible. Do you shoot or capture?
